The Purrty Pals is a non-profit rescue that is ran by volunteers.
All of your support, donations, and contributions go directly to our efforts to saving cats and changing their lives for the better.
How We Started
Amid the onset of COVID-19 in 2020, our founder, Meaghan, transitioned to working from home in her role in medical sales. During this time, she observed a Siamese cat frequently appearing in her front yard. Initially believed to be the neighbor’s pet, it soon became apparent that the Siamese was accompanied by her kittens. Since Sushi responded well to her original name from the previous owner, the name stayed.
Meaghan was able to successfully take in one of the feral kittens, while the mother cat was brought inside shortly thereafter. The kitten became an original member of the Purrrty Pals, named Luna.
It was soon discovered that Sushi was already pregnant with another litter. She gave birth to seven beautiful kittens, and one of them, named Kash, stayed with us, his mother, and sister.
